1 vibrator motor
4 foam adhesives
4 glue dots
3 pipe cleaners

Make your bristlebot
1.
Prep your brush
Stick a foam adhesive to each side of the brush handle.

Add the vibrator
Stick your vibrator motor to one side of the brush handle.
Stick one end of the vibrator motor wire firmly to the opposite foam adhesive.
3.
Add the battery
Stick your battery to a foam adhesive on the other side of the brush handle.
4.
Add the eyes
Use your glue dots to attach the eyes to your bot.
5.
Add the feet
If you want to give your bristlebot more flare, you can add legs!
Use your glue dots to attach the pipe cleaners to the body of your bot. Bend your pipe cleaners around the brush to make them like legs.
6.
Hook up your bot
Place the end of the other vibrator motor wire on top of the battery.
Use a sticker to secure this wire on the battery.
Your bristlebot should move and shake now!
Troubleshooting Tips
Make your helicopter
Not working?
Make sure the wires of the vibrator are touching the battery! Squeeze the battery to make sure both vibrator motor wires are touching it!

Spread the bristles of your bot out a little more!
How it works
Make your helicopter
Your bristlebot uses a small vibrator (motor), which is powered by a battery, to move. When you connect the battery to the vibrator, you complete an electrical circuit. When the motor vibrates, the bristlebot shakes and buzzes, causing it to move.
